Paradigm Shift

So here we go again, with a twist.

If you don’t know me, which is extremely likely, then you might not realize I do this somewhat often – start a blog, make a few posts (average seems to be 2-3 at this point), and then just let it die while I continue sending GoDaddy.com payments to keep my dusty corner of the web up and running.

So… here we go again. This time it’s a whole new subject. Something that I am nearly 100% foreign to. Exercise, fitness and nutrition. But hey, if i’m going to take the time to read about it, research it, and learn it, then I might as well make the information available to those that might stumble upon this site as I have stumbled up many in search of answers.

Check out the About page for a full (or maybe short) synopsis of how I got here, and why you should keep coming back. That is, assuming I keep up with this – and just like all the other times, “I swear i’ll keep up with this one!”
